Ikigai

The Florida-based quintet's third full-length album represents a shift toward more progressive and melodic arrangements compared to their earlier technical death metal outputs. Centered around the Japanese concept of a 'reason for being', the record features numerous guest contributions from members of 'The Black Dahlia Murder' and 'Archspire'. It is noted for its high-fidelity production and the inclusion of traditional Eastern melodic motifs within a modern deathcore framework.
