The eponymous debut from the Northern Irish quartet injects the often-somber post-rock genre with the blistering, technical aggression of instrumental math-rock and hardcore punk. Eschewing slow, building atmospherics, the tracks are incredibly frantic, utilizing massive, heavily distorted guitar riffs and impossibly tight, shifting polyrhythms. It established the band as one of the most viscerally exciting instrumental acts in Europe.
