Album Notes & Community Reviews

Avertia's fifth studio album, 'De mørkeste dager' is a work of Norwegian melodic black metal with symphonic elements. The album presents a sound rooted in the country's 90s black metal scene, exploring thoughtful and gloomy themes suggested by its title, which translates to 'The Darkest Days'. With a runtime of approximately 40 minutes, the compositions continue the band's maritime and naturalistic focus, characteristic of their West Coast origins.
