A deeply pessimistic electronic solo project spearheaded by Dan Barrett of the acclaimed experimental rock duo Have a Nice Life. Initially conceived during a period of severe illness while confined to a hospital bed, the compositions utilize murky, pulsating synth-pop to process looming mortality and physical deterioration. The lo-fi, reverb-drenched beats perfectly emulate a suffocating, isolated atmosphere.
