Following two highly acclaimed EPs, the Swiss extreme metal duo finally unleashes their debut full-length. The record takes a surprisingly triumphant, highly melodic turn, abandoning the suffocating death metal of their early work for soaring, chanted clean vocals and epic, black metal riffing. The polarizing stylistic shift drew immediate comparisons to the majestic Viking metal of Bathory and Enslaved.
