Following up the terrifying avant-garde extremes of 'Cottonwoodhill', Brainticket embraced a significantly more structured, highly melodic approach to their distinctly European cosmic rock. 'Psychonaut' is a wonderfully hypnotic, fiercely psychedelic progressive Krautrock journey, utilizing deeply atmospheric flute and sitar instrumentation to anchor beautifully expansive, intensely rhythmic space-rock jamming.
