Phantasies and Senseitions

Originating from Portland's lo-fi cassette culture, Sean Byrne's project mutates slacker rock through the dense, hazy lens of tape manipulation and ambient experimentation. The album’s heavily drug-addled atmosphere and fragmented song structures align it closely with both the Pacific Northwest indie scene and the rising experimental post-rock movement.
