The legendary alternative rock trio's fourth album since their highly successful 2005 reformation proves their signature sound remains as potent as ever. The record is packed with J Mascis's trademark deafening fuzz, virtuosic, wah-drenched guitar solos, and weary, melancholic vocal melodies.
