Recorded with Steve Albini, the Los Angeles quintet's debut full-length is a harrowing, abrasively loud exercise in industrial-tinged noise rock. The inclusion of a dedicated scrap-metal percussionist alongside relentless bass grooves and screeching feedback creates an overwhelmingly heavy and misanthropic atmosphere.
