On 'Woven', trumpeter Jeremy Pelt fuses post-bop traditions with contemporary electronic textures, creating a sound that is both innovative and deeply rooted in jazz history. The album is distinguished by its unique instrumentation, which replaces the conventional piano with the combination of Jalen Baker's vibraphone and Misha Mendelenko's guitar, augmented by the synthesizer work of Marie-Ann Hedonia.
