The Fifty Eleven Project
by Kasper Bjørke Quartet
'The Fifty Eleven Project' is a conceptual, instrumental work that shifts from Kasper Bjørke's electronic origins to a blend of ambient, neo-classical, and jazz compositions. Chronicling his five-year battle with cancer through its track titles and sonic moods, the album uses a palette of piano, strings, and vintage analog synthesizers to create a deeply personal and meditative listening experience. The project was conceived as a therapeutic tool, with its lengthy, atmospheric pieces intended to document a journey from diagnosis to recovery.
