The nine-track record assumes a raw, unfiltered beauty, capturing live room performances that preserve imperfections like background noise, laughter, and accidental percussion. Heavily inspired by the saturated acoustic textures of José González, the album serves as a poignant, acoustic-driven refusal of modern digital-age perfection.
