Formed by Charles Bullen following the dissolution of This Heat, this incredibly obscure project bridges avant-garde post-punk with rhythmic Jamaican dub methodologies. The album features deeply hypnotic, cyclical basslines overlaid with philosophical spoken-word musings and sparse synthesizer textures. Long out of print, it has since been rediscovered and celebrated as a visionary, uniquely British interpretation of reggae aesthetics.
