Constructed almost entirely from the manipulation of her own vocal performances, the Norwegian avant-garde composer generated a terrifyingly inventive soundscape. The acoustic throat sounds are stretched, distorted, and fractured into abrasive noise walls and eerie, spatial ambiance.
