Transitioning from an anonymous studio duo into a full live band, the San Francisco group expands their deeply unsettling, genre-defying sound. The album is a nightmarish, swampy collision of avant-garde noise rock, shrieking vocals, and deranged, blues-infected jazz improvisation. It was recorded live in the studio, capturing an incredibly raw and claustrophobic energy.
