Standing as a cult classic of the 1990s Norwegian underground, the band delivered an incredibly dense, suffocating iteration of death metal. The compositions are characterized by wildly chaotic, swirling guitar riffs and unpredictable, complex time signatures that push the boundaries of early technical extreme metal. The raw, muddy production further amplifies the incredibly oppressive, mythological atmosphere of the recording.
