Led by Cop Shoot Cop trombonist David Ouimet, the sprawling New York ensemble's sole full-length is a deeply theatrical, manic fusion of dark cabaret and industrial noise. Utilizing a chaotic array of horns, accordions, and heavy rock instrumentation, the record perfectly captures the bizarre, circus-like atmosphere of the early 90s underground.
