Serving as the first chapter in a planned multi-album conceptual narrative, the Denver-based collective explores the dark, fictional mythology of the 'Kinnery of Lupercalia'. The eccentric, acoustic-driven instrumentation—ranging from banjo to obscure folk percussion—creates a deeply ritualistic, theatrical atmosphere to support Jay Munly's booming, preacher-like baritone.
