Im Wald

Marking the project's first official full-length album, 'Im Wald' is a two-hour work of atmospheric black metal centered on themes of winter and nature. The album is defined by hypnotic, repetitive tremolo-picked guitar riffs, blast beats, and high-pitched shrieking vocals, all enveloped in a characteristically lo-fi yet detailed production. Mastermind Wintherr layers these elements with atmospheric synthesizers and field recordings of wind, creating a dense, immersive, and frigid soundscape that is both harsh and majestic.
