Released as a highly limited demo tape, 'Schattengang' further codified Wintherr's signature lo-fi, blizzard-like production style. The project masterfully intertwines prolonged, hypnotic ambient synth passages with incredibly abrasive, raw black metal, evoking a profound sense of nocturnal, wintery isolation.
