The sophomore effort from the Norwegian quartet perfectly balances intensely sweet, sugar-rush pop melodies with explosive, jagged math-rock instrumentation. The highly erratic, playfully aggressive tracks frequently pivot between massive fuzzy guitar riffs and incredibly complex, danceable time signatures. It was heavily praised for capturing the band's notoriously unhinged and joyous live energy on tape.
