Originally recorded in 1986 but unreleased until 1989, 'Horrified' is a holy grail of extreme metal that fundamentally birthed the grindcore genre. Repulsion pioneered the continuous use of blast beats and violently distorted, lo-fi bass tones, unleashing a ferociously aggressive barrage that permanently altered the global underground.
