An incredibly ambitious conceptual thrash album, 'Dreamweaver' is based entirely on Brian Bates' novel 'The Way of Wyrd'. Martin Walkyier's rapid-fire, intensely verbose lyricism delves deep into pagan mythology and anti-Christian philosophy, perfectly complemented by Andy Sneap's complex, aggressive guitar arrangements. It remains a uniquely literary and conceptually dense highlight of the British extreme metal scene.
