Bardo Thos-Grol

Drawing deep conceptual inspiration from the Tibetan Book of the Dead, this Italian collective orchestrated a bleak, incredibly slow-moving industrial drone experiment. The profoundly ominous and funereal atmosphere is built upon minimalistic tape loops and distorted, ritualistic electronics designed to guide the listener through the intermediate states of death.
