Captured in Italy shortly before September 11th, this achingly intimate recording features Jason Molina delivering completely unreleased, mostly untitled compositions alongside an Italian backing band. The improvised, hauntingly spacious arrangements highlight Molina's devastating vocal delivery and establish the slowcore blueprint that would dominate his later work.
