Following the departure of their drummer, the Norwegian electroacoustic improvisation collective retreated into deeply hushed, ambient textures. The wholly improvised recording relies heavily on sparse electronics and haunting trumpet passages, generating an overwhelmingly tense and cinematic atmosphere completely unburdened by traditional jazz rhythms.
