Salammbô

Inspired by Gustave Flaubert's historical novel of the same name, this French progressive suite is completely devoid of traditional rhythm sections. The ensemble weaves dense, classical-leaning tapestries using keyboards, violin, and guitar to narrate the ancient Carthaginian setting.
