Angus Young

Angus Young is the iconic lead guitarist and co-founder of the legendary Australian hard rock band AC/DC, and its sole remaining original member. Born in Scotland, he moved to Sydney, where he and his brother *Malcolm Young* formed the band in 1973. Known for his signature schoolboy uniform, energetic stage presence, and his own version of *Chuck Berry's* duckwalk, Young's blues-influenced, high-voltage guitar work is the driving force behind the band's sound. His powerful riffs and searing solos have defined some of rock's most enduring anthems, from 'Highway to Hell' to the monumental 'Back in Black', released on labels like #Albert# and #Atlantic#.
