Girl Trouble

Girl Trouble

Girl Trouble is a foundational garage rock band from Tacoma, Washington, that has maintained its original lineup since its first show in 1984. Comprised of siblings Kahuna and Bon Von Wheelie, Dale Phillips, and K.P. Kendall, the band is celebrated for its raw, high-energy mix of punk, surf, and R&B. A key part of the Pacific Northwest music scene's development, they released early singles on #K Records# before their debut album, 'Hit It or Quit It', was co-released by #K# and #Sub Pop# in 1988. Known for their longevity, DIY ethos, and energetic live performances, Girl Trouble has outlasted many of their contemporaries while remaining a beloved and influential regional institution.
