K Wata

K Wata is a New York-based electronic producer, DJ, and co-founder of the #SLINK# label and club night. His work is characterized by its dubwise depth, intricate textures, and shadowy atmospheres, blending elements of ambient, techno, and experimental music. K Wata has released solo EPs such as 'What Do U Want?' and 'Dot Dot Dot' on labels including #SLINK# and #anno#. He gained wider recognition for his significant contributions as a songwriter and producer on *Yaeji*'s 2023 album, 'With A Hammer', released on #XL Recordings#. His debut album, 'Give U Space', showcases long-form, architectural soundscapes originally developed for live performance.
