Svdestada

Svdestada is a Spanish neocrust band formed in Madrid in 2017. The quintet quickly established a formidable presence in the European heavy music scene with their potent and atmospheric sound. Drawing from a deep well of influences, their music is a blistering fusion of crust punk's raw aggression, the bleak textures of black metal, and the cathartic intensity of screamo. Lyrically delivered entirely in Spanish, their work explores themes of despair and rebellion. Their debut album, "Yo soy el mar" (2018), laid a powerful foundation, which was further expanded upon with the critically noted follow-up, "Azabache" (2021), solidifying their reputation for creating dense, emotionally charged, and sonically punishing music.
