The Black Keys

The Black Keys are an American rock duo from Akron, Ohio, consisting of Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney. Emerging in 2001, they became a leading force in the garage rock revival with their raw, lo-fi blues sound. After building an underground following with albums on #Alive# and #Fat Possum#, they signed to #Nonesuch Records#. Their breakthrough came with 2010's 'Brothers', which won multiple Grammy Awards. The massive success of 'El Camino' in 2011, featuring the hit "Lonely Boy," cemented their status as one of the 21st century's most popular rock acts, celebrated for their heavy guitar riffs and soulful, blues-drenched vocals.
