Truck Violence

Truck Violence is a Canadian band that blends experimental hardcore, folk, and sludge metal. Originally from rural Alberta, core members Karsyn Henderson and Paul Lecours relocated to Montréal in 2021, where the band solidified its lineup. Their sound is an abrasive yet heartfelt exploration of their roots, with Henderson's poetic lyrics delving into the often-hushed themes of addiction, abuse, and dysfunction in the Western Canadian countryside. The band gained significant attention with their debut album, 'Violence', released in 2024 on the #Mothland# label. Their live shows are known for being intense, cathartic expressions of pain and community, distinguishing them within the hardcore scene.
