Rescuing the incredibly influential but frequently overlooked catalog of the South Bronx sister-group ESG, this compilation successfully introduced their minimalist funk to a new generation. Their iconic track 'UFO', featured here, remains one of the most heavily sampled drum breaks in the entire history of hip-hop.
