An incredibly bizarre, long-lost archival artifact capturing the unhinged recording sessions of Richard Sims, an enigmatic figure from the Washington D.C. underground. His heavily distorted, lo-fi collision of P-Funk rhythms with abrasive punk rock energy resulted in a chaotic, deeply psychedelic mutant-funk hybrid. The compilation became an instant cult classic among aficionados of deeply strange, outsider music.
