Emerging from post-revolution Czechoslovakia, the quartet immediately proved they could stand shoulder-to-shoulder with their British shoegaze contemporaries. The EP envelops fragile pop melodies in swirling, feedback-heavy squalls of guitar, heavily capturing the chaotic, liberating energy of the early-90s Eastern European underground. It quickly caught the attention of DJ John Peel, leading to widespread international exposure.
