Continuing the research into atmospheric decay established in the first volume, this second installment integrates more experimental and electronic-leaning elements. The recordings feature high-contrast synthesizer layers and processed guitar drones that bridge the gap between their black metal roots and contemporary darkwave. It functions as a stylistic laboratory for the more diverse arrangements that would dominate their subsequent full-length studio work.
