Produced by Jo Bogaert, the track paired Ya Kid K's relentless, rhythmic vocal delivery with aggressive, sequenced synthesizer stabs and a heavy drum machine beat. Although the music video controversially featured fashion model Felly lip-syncing the lyrics, it became an unavoidable dancefloor staple of the late 80s.
