Album Notes & Community Reviews
The second full-length from the Atlanta duo, 'Two Parts Viper' solidifies the minimalist and chaotic sound of frontman Josh Scogin and drummer Michael McClellan. Recorded with producer Matt Goldman, the album channels a raw, blues-inflected energy through its stripped-down instrumentation of just guitar, drums, and vocals. This release captures the band's ferocious live dynamic while expanding their songwriting into more structured, yet still unpredictable, territory.
