Album Notes & Community Reviews
Initially billed as the Norwegian pop legends' final studio album before their first farewell tour, the record sees them returning to the pristine, synthesizer-heavy sound of their 1980s origins. Morten Harket's enduringly powerful tenor carries soaring, melancholic melodies over pulsing, icy electronic arrangements. The album was a massive commercial success in Europe, serving as a triumphant return to their classic synth-pop form.
