Album Notes & Community Reviews

Minneapolis-based collective A Whisper in the Noise cultivated an incredibly somber, cinematic atmosphere on 'As the Bluebird Sings'. Produced by Steve Albini, the slowcore-leaning record relies heavily on melancholic cello, sparse piano chords, and hushed vocals to navigate deeply introspective, pastoral soundscapes.
