Album Notes & Community Reviews

The third studio album from the enigmatic Top Dawg Entertainment lyricist explores a diverse, often jarring range of modern hip-hop sounds, from aggressive street anthems to hazy, psychedelic introspection. The incredibly dense, complex lyricism frequently clashes with deliberately commercial-leaning production, reflecting a rapper wrestling deeply with the sudden realities of mainstream visibility.
