Album Notes & Community Reviews
Continuing their lyrical obsession with medical horror and gore, the Belgian extreme metal veterans deliver their fourth studio album. The recording refines their brutal death metal assault by incorporating prominent melodic guitar solos and tighter, groovier rhythms amidst the relentless blast beats and cinematic horror samples.
