Album Notes & Community Reviews

Formed by Chris Reifert following the initial dissolution of Autopsy, the California group continues his legacy of incredibly filthy, horror-obsessed death metal. 'Tormented' entirely rejects the highly polished technicality of the era, leaning instead into heavily punk-influenced riffs, guttural sludge, and extremely raw production. The record stands as a proudly primitive, deliberately repulsive tribute to early extreme underground sounds.
