Album Notes & Community Reviews
Anchored firmly by Lori S.'s colossal, fuzz-drenched guitar tone and hypnotic vocal delivery, Acid King's debut 'Zoroaster' is an absolute juggernaut of slow-motion heaviness. The San Francisco trio actively pushes the boundaries of traditional doom metal into highly repetitive, deeply psychedelic stoner-sludge territory. The album firmly cemented their legendary status as massive pioneers within the heavy underground scene.
