Album Notes & Community Reviews

The debut solo effort from Fridge bassist Adem Ilhan largely eschews the post-rock expansiveness of his main band. 'Homesongs' presents deeply intimate, acoustic singer-songwriter material characterized by mellow, warmly sentimental instrumentation, subtle electronic touches, and remarkably bittersweet vocal melodies.
