Album Notes & Community Reviews

Written largely while frontman Roger Miret was serving time in prison, this release represents the zenith of the New York hardcore legends' metallic crossover era. 'One Voice' abandons traditional punk pacing in favor of complex thrash metal riffing, blistering solos, and aggressive social commentary. The heavy, metallic approach alienated some hardcore purists but firmly established the band's influence within the emerging metalcore scene before their subsequent hiatus.
