Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following a series of highly acclaimed EPs, the Chicago-based quartet Airiel released their shimmering full-length debut, 'The Battle of Sealand'. The album expertly bridges classic 1990s shoegaze aesthetics with bright, driving noise pop, burying soaring vocal melodies beneath dense, meticulously crafted layers of guitar distortion.
