Album Notes & Community Reviews

Legendary Brazilian percussionist Airto Moreira orchestrates a dynamic set of jazz fusion compositions on 'Identity'. Supported by heavyweights like Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter, the recording seamlessly integrates deeply rooted samba-jazz rhythms with the complex improvisational frameworks of American electric jazz.
