Album Notes & Community Reviews
Collaborating once again with super-producer Jay Graydon, the masterful jazz vocalist delivers a definitive classic of 1980s adult-contemporary pop and yacht rock. 'Jarreau' is flawlessly produced, blending incredibly tight, synthesizer-enhanced R&B grooves with his uniquely rhythmic, acrobatic vocal phrasing. The smash hit 'Mornin'' cemented his status as a premier crossover artist.
